On August 30, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM PDT, we identified an issue where completed IBV reports were not returning the full data set. Investigation determined that a false positive in the Fortinet WAF ruleset caused legitimate API traffic to be blocked, preventing some information from being returned. The issue was resolved by 3:11 PM PDT. We are reviewing our WAF configuration to minimize recurrence, as we suspect the Fortinet ruleset uses AI-based detection that may introduce non-deterministic behavior. We are also actively working to restore the missing information from the IBV reports that were affected.
