Updated 8:18 pm
On September 10, 2025, at approximately 2:40 PM PDT, we experienced an issue with our message processing system that temporarily delayed some requests from being processed. The disruption was caused by a cluster synchronization issue during scheduled system maintenance. Our engineering team identified the problem, restored service by 3:07 PM PDT, and confirmed that queued requests were processed successfully. We are updating our maintenance procedures to prevent a recurrence and continue to closely monitor system performance.
