Updated Dec 3, 11:37 pm PDT
On December 2, 2025, at approximately 8:40 AM PST, we identified an issue where our Aggregate Post-Back (AGP) reports were not being generated properly. This occurred after an internal upgrade to our message-queue system, which temporarily affected how certain asynchronous tasks were processed. Although the upgrade successfully passed our regression testing, it resulted in unexpected behavior in production that was not detected during testing.
Our engineering team quickly investigated and restored normal operation by 9:20 AM PST, after which all missing AGP reports were reprocessed. We have since enhanced our testing procedures to better prevent false positives in complex task-processing workflows and strengthened our monitoring to ensure earlier detection of similar issues in the future. All systems are now fully operational.

Monitoring -
Our development team has deployed a fix to address the service disruption with the Inverite API and the Inverite reports are now generating properly. We are now actively monitoring the implemented fix to ensure that restoration efforts are completed successfully. During this monitoring phase, we are closely observing system behavior to verify that all functionalities are fully restored.
